Founded in 1993, Seeds of Peace aims to dismantle conflict through dialogue and mutual understanding. Armour cautions against the avoidance of conflicts: “If you want to avoid conflict, your best bet is to avoid avoiding it.” Denying the discomfort often leads to deeper chasms of misunderstanding.
