The first thing to note is that the Mini LiPlay+ introduces a rear-facing selfie camera—a much-anticipated feature for many users like me who enjoy snapping picturesque moments of themselves and others. The **23mm equivalent lens** might feel slightly less versatile than its f/2.0 front-facing counterpart, but it does deliver surprisingly decent results, especially when paired with the camera's wider selection of frames and filters.
Fujifilm also encourages creativity with the **layered photos** feature, allowing users to combine images taken from both front and rear cameras, a fun twist that adds artistic flair to the instant prints. However, the practical application of this feature might feel limited. While it's great in theory, in practice, the selfie sometimes overshadows the main photo, making it more of a decorative border than a balanced composition.
Design and Ergonomics
Physically, the Mini LiPlay+ retains the compact and lightweight body of its predecessor, but with a slightly squared-off design.
