THE CHAMPIONS OF THE DIAMOND

Bay Port vs. Manitowoc Lincoln

In an electrifying doubleheader, the Bay Port Pirates faced off against the Manitowoc Lincoln Ships. The Pirates swept the series, with the opener going to extra innings, finishing 3-1 after a dramatic eight-inning battle. Parker Lawson dominated on the mound, racking up an impressive nine strikeouts and allowing just one run.

“I knew I had to step up for my team,” Lawson stated after the game, underscoring the pressure he felt leading into the decisive moments.

Among the highlights was Maximus Davis from Green Bay Preble, who secured first place in the pole vault at a height of 14-9. Notre Dame vs. Fond du Lac

The Notre Dame Tritons faced a formidable challenge from Fond du Lac, managing to secure a 9-3 win. Olivia Waldrop came up big, going 4-for-4 at the plate with two triples, showcasing her dynamic batting skills. But it wasn't just the offense that stood out; Jaedyn Mueller and Aubrey Wycoff contributed significantly, each adding two hits and two RBIs.

Over in Fond du Lac, Hartford silenced Notre Dame in a commanding 13-1 win. The Tritons struggled to produce offensively, while Hartford's Savanna Voss went on a hitting spree with three hits, including a homer.

Green Bay Preble vs. West De Pere

Boys Golf

Sheboygan Town & Country Invitational

In the golf tournament held at Sheboygan, New Holstein triumphed with a score of 361. The competition was fierce, but top performers such as Evan Grasse and Duane Gristeau-Blanche led the pack with solid rounds of 86.
